Christine plays a key role managing the Haas Leadership Initiatives

Christine manages finance and operations for the Haas Leadership Initiatives. In this role, she contributes to setting the project’s strategic priorities and develops the systems and procedures to support implementation. This includes providing support to a team of Plan Consultants that works with grantees to develop and implement leadership solutions as well as creating the infrastructure for special projects as they evolve.

Christine joined the Haas Leadership Initiatives staff in 2012 as a ProInspire Fellow. ProInspire provides professional development and fellowship opportunities for business professionals seeking to have an impact in the social justice sector. Before coming to the Fund, Christine was an underwriter and senior credit analyst with JP Morgan Chase, where she managed banking relationships with large nonprofit, healthcare and social service organizations.

Since moving to San Francisco from New York to take a position with the Haas Leadership Initiatives, Christine has joined the board of directors of the Asian Women’s Shelter, which works to bring hope to survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.

Christine holds a bachelor’s of science degree in finance with a minor in public policy and management from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
