The Haas, Jr. Fund is a private family foundation led by two generations of the Haas, Jr. Family. Co-Chair and Co-Founder Evelyn D. Haas is joined on the Fund's board by her children: Co-Chair Walter J. Haas, Robert D. Haas and Betsy Haas Eisenhardt.

Ira Hirschfield, the only non-family member who sits on the board, is also the Fund’s president.
