Our founding values – fairness, equality, and opportunity – inspire all our work, including our efforts to enrich the Bay Area community.
A Tradition of Community Building
Our founders loved this special place they called home, and wanted everyone to benefit from all it has to offer. Today, we continue their community-building tradition, working with local partners to create places for all people to access the Bay Area’s profound natural beauty, expand opportunities to learn, play and grow, and support direct services for our neighbors in need.
Our Community Grantees
We have a long-term relationship with our Community grantees, and all of our local initiatives build towards our founders’ vision of a more just and equitable society.
