Elizabeth Zevada Lee

Program Associate

Elizabeth plays an integral role in the Fund’s College Success and Community initiative work.

Prior to joining the Haas, Jr Fund, Elizabeth served in senior positions with Candid, which provides nonprofits and funders with essential funding data to help them make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in the world. She has also worked with the Sobrato Family Foundation as coordinator of its Redwood Shores nonprofit center.  

Elizabeth brings significant experience in programs, planning, coordination, data management, research, and communications. She grew up in the Bay Area and lives in Oakland. She’s a graduate of UC Santa Cruz (B.A. History) and University of San Francisco (M.A. International Studies). As a first-generation American, Elizabeth is passionate about education access, immigrant rights, and civic participation.
