Isabella Alesandrini

Communications Associate

Isabella supports communications strategies that advance the Fund’s mission and broaden our grantees‘ digital impact.

Isabella was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated from the University of San Francisco (USF), where she earned a degree in media studies. She is passionate about digital storytelling, advocacy, and building community through strategic communications. While at USF, Isabella co-founded the university’s first immigration advocacy club, working to support immigrant students on campus. She also worked on food insecurity and environmental equity initiatives, helping students connect with critical resources and services.

Prior to joining Haas Jr., Isabella served as communications assistant at Catapult Film Fund, where she led the documentary organization's website, email newsletters, and social media channels while also supporting sponsorships, operations, and event planning. At Haas Jr., she continues to bring a creative and strategic approach to communications and engagement.
